TalentMobility® Reporting
The TalentMobility® assessment helps candidates think through the details of a relocation, evaluate their needs, and make informed mobility decisions. Individual results are kept confidential, and candidates receive a summary report that illustrates their current preparedness to relocate in six key areas. Once the assessment is completed, a Vandover Transition Coach contacts the candidate to review their results and begin the coaching process.
As the employer, you will receive overview reports that present key findings regarding your employee/candidate population’s demographics and work/life needs, along with comparisons to all respondents. Vandover offers several levels of analysis, customization, and consultation based on your report’s findings.
